Well, you would give introductory fees - ';samples'; to so many people. Get some business cards and hand them out. Or simply do a 8.5 X 11 sheet with discounted prices and hand them out to people passing by. Put your information on Craigslist (with pictures). And let those people use word of mouth to bring their friends in. It takes time to build clientele, but they won't come to you if you don't work to get them in. Good luck!
