Is the lotion same as the perm lotion that they used to permed our hair . Does anyone knows what is it called and where can I get it?Does anyone knows what is the lotion that hair stylist used to ';clean off/wash away'; our permed hair?
It's very unclear what you mean. Can you explain this a bit more? You can't ';wash away'; a perm -- a perm is permanent, as in forever. The chemicals have made a permanent change in the structure of the hair, you can't wash that away.
