It all depends on your hair. Is it naturally straight?





Hair stylists can only do so much. It is far better to show them what you want than to tell them.





Take the photo with you. If she messes it up, it will grow back but don't pay unless you are 100% happy with the result.





And don't forget, just because your hair stylist can do it in the salon doesn't mean you can recreate the exact look at home.
Take a photo ,, say what yiu dont wont (so she doesn't do it by mistake or somthing)





Describe how you wont it set out





ask her what would look good on you and you can coment what she says (maybe in the end you would like what she says)





Befor she does it ask if she can manage to do tthe same thing as the picture.

without the picture it will be hard, but you can just say short with a lot of layers and kind of show it with your hands.
take the photo in, your causing yourself more trouble and will probably just confuse your stylist
take the photo to your stylist and also tell her you want layers.
just show her the pic.

why would you not want to bring the photo in? i don't understand that? if you just print it and take her the photo there is no explaining needed..she can see it for herself and i'm sure she would appreciate a visual????
You should ask the person first.
print the picture off and hand it to her
tell him you want it done like that. I am sure he will understand:)
